In 2013, life threw us a curveball—we were both laid off from our jobs at a local furniture store. Instead of giving up, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. We started fixing broken appliances and selling them on Craigslist, hauling them around in a green Dodge Caravan and working under my uncle's carport.
What started as a side hustle became something much bigger. As our skills and word-of-mouth grew, so did our vision. We transitioned from “The Appliance Cellar” to Appliance 911, shifting our focus to in-home repairs and raising the bar on service.
Today, we’re proud to lead an amazing team that shares our commitment to honest work, reliable repairs, and treating people right. Every appliance we fix is more than a job—it’s a reminder of how far we’ve come, and why we keep going.
